By accessing or using Aeolo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Aeolo provides a GEO platform that helps businesses analyze and optimize their visibility in AI search engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others.

Analysis results and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, citations, traffic, or revenue.

• AI-powered content recommendations, generation, and publishing workflows.
• Integrations with analytics, search, commerce, social, and publishing platforms.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for activities under your account.

• Do not analyze domains or accounts unless you own them or have authorization.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract non-public service code or models.
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to abuse or disrupt the Service.
• Do not violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, graphics, and documentation, is owned by Aeolo and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Paid features require a subscription or paid plan. Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

We may change prices with notice, and changes apply to future billing cycles.

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, abuse the Service, or create security, legal, or operational risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or improved AI search visibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeolo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeolo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless applicable law requires otherwise. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class action participation to the extent permitted by law.
